Inner Child Therapy & “Parts Work” for Women in California
Your “self” is made up of many parts—and every single one of them deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. Wounded inner child parts may show up in your life as self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear of abandonment or struggles with relationships. Inner Child Therapy and “Parts Work” helps you gently connect with the different aspects of yourself, especially the younger parts that may still be carrying pain, fear, or unmet needs. Rather than pushing these parts away, we’ll learn to listen to them with compassion, helping them feel safe, supported, and integrated. This work isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about healing from a “whole” place and embracing all of who you are!

I work with women experiencing a variety of challenges, including:
Feeling unworthy, feeling like you’re too much or not enough
