  • I offer both in-person sessions at my office in Old Town Pasadena and virtual sessions for California residents, conducted on a secure HIPPA-compliant video platform. You’re welcome to do a hybrid of in-person and virtual sessions as well!

  • We’ll start by exploring what brings you to therapy and set meaningful goals to guide our work together. From there, we’ll meet for weekly sessions where I’ll weave in a mix of approaches tailored to your needs. Think of therapy as a collaboration—you bring your experiences, I bring my expertise, and together, we create a space where real healing happens and you move closer to the life you want.

    • 50-minute individual therapy session: $175

    • 90-minute individual therapy session: $250

    I offer a very limited number of sliding scale spots on a case-by-case, time-limited basis.

    All sessions are automatically charged to a credit card on file, and you’re welcome to pay using your HSA/FSA.

    I am not in-network with any insurance providers, but I can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement—see the FAQ for details.
