Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a holistic, somatic approach to healing that helps individuals understand and integrate different parts of themselves. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS recognizes that behaviors like self-sabotage, anxiety, or perfectionism are protective strategies formed in response to pain or trauma. By building a compassionate relationship with these parts and reconnecting with the calm, wise presence of Self, IFS supports deep healing, nervous system regulation, and greater inner harmony.
Sacred Embodiment is a body-centered approach to integrating psychedelic and plant medicine experiences in a way that feels grounded, meaningful, and lasting. Blending shamanic wisdom, somatic therapy, depth psychology, energy work, and parts work, it bridges the gap between altered states and embodied healing. Rather than chasing peak experiences, this process helps you weave insights into your daily life, relationships, and way of being, allowing true transformation to unfold through your body, not just your mind.
Somatic Yoga is a gentle, intuitive practice that prioritizes listening to your body over pushing through poses or striving for perfection.
