Business Coaching for Licensed Therapists & Associates
No one teaches you this stuff in school.
Hi, I’m Clara – I’m a lifelong business woman & Expert problem solver.
I built a premium-fee, waitlisted private-pay practice within my first year of associateship. Before becoming a therapist, I built and led businesses across multiple industries in New York City and Los Angeles. I’m also the daughter of two immigrant parents who built highly successful businesses in the U.S., and I grew up watching what it takes to create stability, longevity, and opportunity from the ground up.
My background spans business operations in the wellness space, including eight years of building and running a private practice, as well as nonprofit leadership, high-level business coaching, hospitality and event production, professional organizing, and digital design. I bring hands-on experience building and running the systems behind a practice, including website development, branding, and marketing strategy.
