Ayahuasca Integration Group for Women – Somatic Focus
An intimate, specialized support group for women integrating transformative experiences with Grandmother medicine.
This virtual group offers a trauma-informed and sacred space to process your journey, gain clarity, and receive highly attuned support. It is designed specifically for women, as Ayahuasca often surfaces repressed memories tied to experiences of sexual trauma.
Group integration provides a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding through shared experiences. Often, insights from others help pieces of your own journey fall into place. Due to the communal and individual nature of this medicine, a blend of group and individual support enhances integration, inviting a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Emphasis will be placed on somatic practices and integration as embodiment—transforming unconscious insights into conscious awareness and, ultimately, into lived, embodied knowledge. This process roots intellectual understanding into the body, as true integration must be embodied.

About Me
Hi, I’m Clara Mackinlay—a somatic psychotherapist and certified psychedelic integration coach specializing in supporting women through holistic trauma recovery and life transitions.
My journey with the fierce, benevolent, and profoundly loving Grandmother medicine began many years ago in Peru’s Sacred Valley. Eager to heal a lifetime of trauma and finally be free, I sat in ceremony after ceremony, pushing myself yet feeling frustrated by recurring experiences, mental blocks, and confusing aspects of the journey. It wasn’t until I truly embraced integration, giving it the time and depth it needed, that things began to shift. As I committed to this process, my life transformed, my nervous system healed, and meaningful growth unfolded. Then the medicine led me further—memories surfaced, insights blossomed, and she paved my path toward a more expansive approach to healing.
I owe so much of who I am to this medicine. Out of all the work I do, supporting women in integrating their Ayahuasca experiences is especially meaningful to me. There’s something viscerally profound about being present with a tribe of courageous women, witnessing their healing, and seeing how the medicine continues to illuminate their journeys toward wholeness.
My approach weaves together specialized training in Somatic Experiencing®, trauma-informed movement practices and therapeutic touch, Reiki energy healing, and psychedelic integration. I work with clients to heal trauma from the inside out, navigate life transitions, and reconstruct a sense of holistic wellness after their journeys.
